Skerries R.F.C. are delighted to announce the forthcoming appointment of former Leinster second row Ben Gissing as Director of Rugby…
Ben will be joining us from Edinburgh Rugby and will also take on the positions of Club Coach and Forwards Coach. He will be joined on the coaching team by Gerry McCleery who will take on the position of First Team Coach.
This new team blends international experience with local knowledge and shows the ambition that exists within the club for the coming seasons.
The club are delighted to welcome Ben to Skerries and are certain that, with his winning mentality and proven track record, coupled with Gerry’s known ability in working with younger players, they are building a squad that will be in a position to challenge for honours in the near future.
