Leinster Rugby community officers, with the help of Dublin City Sport and Wellbeing Partnership, recently created 10 different tutorial videos to help you work on your rugby skills from home.
The fundamental goal of Dublin City Sport and Wellbeing Partnership is to provide opportunities for everyone in our communities to partake in sport and physical activity regardless of age, ability or background, through our dedicated programmes, services and facilities.
That goal of Dublin City Sport and Wellbeing Partnership has not changed despite the enormous challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. From the outset, DCSWP committed itself to the adaptation and re-imagining of programmes in order to keep everyone active and healthy during these difficult times. That commitment led to the development of the Virtual Hub which was designed to sustain delivery of the programmes and maintain the vital connection between coaches, Sport Officers and participants. For more information on their sports hub click here.
Our Community Rugby Officers (CRO), from the Metro area, worked alongside Dublin City Council and have created their skills and games below, for us all to work on our rugby skills while abiding by social distancing guidelines.
