Bring your rugby game to the next level with the Bank of Ireland Leinster Rugby School of Excellence.

This intensive one week programme will focus on advancing position specific skills, challenging player’s fitness levels, and educating players to take accountability for all aspects of their training, recovery, and game day preparation.
 
With residential and day camp options, the camp is open to players aged 12- 17, with an exclusive girls only camp scheduled for the final week commencing 10th August. 
 
The Bank of Ireland School of Excellence will test players with a training schedule aimed to replicate a senior players typical camp week, in a fun and enjoyable training environment. Players will build new friendships playing alongside students from different clubs, from both Ireland and abroad, with the benefit of picking up different perspectives and developing life long camaraderie. Students have come away from camp with increased enthusiasm for their love of rugby, as well as, an acute sense of what it takes to excel as a rugby professional.
