Given Wasps recently moved their base (and games) to the Ricoh Arena, this away trip will be the first visit to Coventry for many Leinster supporters, to that end the OLSC has prepared provisional travel information for the university town.
Air travel
Birmingham is the closest airport to the ground located just 24kms and is served from Dublin by both Aer Lingus and Ryanair.
Trains
Direct trains run frequently from the rail station located under Birmingham airport by London Midland and Virgin trains, the journey time is approximately 10-20 minutes (depending on which train you take) and tickets are priced from just £1.60 each way (no, that’s not a mistake!) per person.
Accommodation
The usual chains such as Days Inn, Holiday Inn, Travelodge, Britannia and Novotel all have hotels in Coventry. Prices per night at the time of writing were from €;55 per night.
Match tickets
The ticket office will email all season ticket holders in due course with details of our away allocation. We appreciate that it may be tempting to purchase directly from Wasps, however we would ask you to wait and purchase from our special allocation so that the blue is together.

The OLSC away guide to Wasps in Coventry in association with Bank of Ireland will be released on this website the Tuesday evening of the game. This will have all the information you need for this new rugby destination for supporters along with details of of our HQ for the weekend.
