Founded in 1924. CYM Rugby Club is a Junior rugby club based in the heart of Terenure Village, South Dublin. We are small local club, with big ambitions and long and proud history in the area.
Men’s Head Coach
The successful candidate will be an integral member of the Club’s rugby management team and will be required to play a significant role in the delivery of short, medium and longer term rugby goals for the club’s Men’s team.
Reporting to the club’s Director of Rugby, you will be responsible for coaching CYM’s Men’s 1st XV currently competing in Metro Division 5.
You will also be involved in all aspects of team matters including the recruitment, development and performance management of players.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of an IRFU accredited coaching qualification, previous coaching and strong leadership and communication skills.
