Saturday the 23rd will see NUIG, UCC, Trinity and UCD compete for the prestigious Kay Bowen Trophy….

The Kay Bowen Trophy is named in honour of Kay Bowen a past President of Dublin University Club Football.

The competition will be a series of 20 minute round robin matches kick off at 11.30am. The final will take place at 2.00pm.
This will be the first time the event has been hosted by UCD. Trinity go into the tournament looking to defend their title after beating UCC in last year’s final.

UCD have enjoyed a successful start to the season after seeing a significant increase in the number of new members playing with the club.

The matches will take place on the grass rugby pitch beside the GAA all-weather pitch in front of the Sports centre. A meal will be served to all participating teams in the UCD Clubhouse after the tournament. All support welcome.
