Ulster have named their team for the Guinness PRO12 semi-final at the RDS Arena.
Ahead of the game, Ulster scrum-half Ruan Pienaar has highlighted his side’s good form heading into the semi-final.
“We’re really excited to still be involved at this stage of the competition, we had to work hard to get here,” Pienaar told ulsterrugby.com.
“We’ve been under pressure to get wins in each of our last four games so I think mentally and physically we are in a good place. We’ve probably played our best rugby in the past month so hopefully when the pressure comes on again this Friday we’ll still be able to operate and perform well.”
