Existing Season Ticket Holders:

1. How much will it cost to renew my Season Ticket for 2017/18?

Season Ticket prices will remain unchanged for the 2017/18 season. Costs vary depending on the category and time that you purchase. A full list of prices is available from www.leinsterseasontickets.ie and Early Bird pricing is available until 6th June.

We have also introduced an ‘Early Renewal’ option where you can choose to secure your renewal in February/March without having to worry about payment until 28th April.

Ticketmaster service charges apply to all Season Ticket purchases and vary depending on the category purchased. A full list of service charges is available on www.leinsterseasontickets.ie.

2. How can I pay for my 2017/18 Season Ticket?

There are four interest-free payment options available. There is no additional cost involved in spreading your payments.

1. You can pay in full immediately on your renewal, from 28th February onwards.
2. You can opt for payment in full but delay the payment until 28th April. Your card details will be taken at checkout but not charged until this date.
3. You can pay in two instalments of 50%. First payment will be taken on renewal on 28th April and balance will be payable on 28th June.
4. Season Tickets can be paid for in monthly instalments up to November 2017. If you renew in February or March you will be charged 10% of the value of the ticket per month until November. If you renew in April you will be charged 20% on renewal and 10% per month thereafter. If you renew in May you will be charged 30% on renewal and 10% per month thereafter etc.

3. I wish to change the location of my Season Ticket for 2017/18, how do I do this?

We are delighted to introduce a ‘risk-free’ option for moving or upgrading your Season Ticket location this year.

If you wish to keep your current Season Ticket but would like to improve the location of it then you should renew it as normal before the 28th March. From the 29th March you will be able to log in to your account and select from any available seats and either move to seats of equivalent value or upgrade and pay the difference without any risk of losing the seats you currently have. Please be aware that this option will only work if moving to seats of equal or greater value to your current seats. If you wish to ‘downgrade’ your seat simply do not renew your current seats and you can purchase from all available seating from the 29th March as normal.

4. I wish to purchase additional Season Tickets for 2017/18, how do I do this?

You can purchase additional Season Tickets from the 29th March in our ‘buy more seats’ window. If you wish to purchase any additional seats you can do so by logging into your Season Ticket account and selecting seats available on the map.

5. I wish to reduce the quantity of Season Tickets I have for 2017/18, how do I do this?

If you email tickets@leinsterrugby.ie before the 28th March we can cancel any unwanted tickets and amend your renewal invoice.

6. What happens if I do not renew my Season Ticket by Tuesday, 28th March?

Any Season Tickets that are not renewed by the cut-off date of 28th March will be released for sale to existing Season Ticket holders on the 29th March in our ‘buy more seats’ window. Any seats not purchased during that window will then be released for general sale on 5th April.

7. Where will I be seated in Aviva Stadium for fixtures played there in 2017/18?

Your seat in Aviva Stadium will be allocated to you based on the price category of your Season Ticket and not on the location of your Season Ticket in the RDS. The grid below will give you a rough guide to where you can expect to be allocated seating, however, you will also be given the opportunity to either move or upgrade these seats depending on your preference and availability.
**Please note that your seat allocation in Aviva Stadium is subject to change year on year even if your Season Ticket location in the RDS does not.**

8. I sit/stand in an unreserved section in the RDS (Terrace, North/ South Stand), how do I ensure I am sitting with my usual group/ friends when games are moved to Aviva Stadium?

If you have several Season Tickets for one section (e.g. South Stand) in your account you will automatically be allocated seating together for all games in Aviva Stadium.

If you wish to sit with a group of Season Ticket holders from the unreserved sections in the RDS we can facilitate this also. Details will be communicated by email prior to the first Aviva game of the season with instructions on how to create your ‘group’.

9. I purchase Season Tickets on behalf of a group, is it possible for all of us to receive email updates from the Ticket Office?

Ticket emails will only be sent to the primary email address on each account so it will be the account holder’s responsibility to circulate any information contained in these mails. If you wish to create individual accounts for everyone you have purchased tickets for this can be done by written request to tickets@leinsterrugby.ie.

10. What is a family ticket?

A family ticket consists of two adult tickets and 2 junior tickets. A ‘junior’ is classified as any child under 18 years of age.

11. What age does a ‘Junior’ and ‘Student’ Season Ticket apply to?

‘Junior’ is classified as any child under 18 years of age. ‘Student’ is classified as any individual in full-time education for the academic year 2017/18. Anyone purchasing a Student Season Ticket will be asked to show their Student ID on collection of their ticket at the beginning of the season.

12. How do I claim my supporters gift?

Your supporters gift will be distributed at the first home game of the season in the RDS. Further details will be communicated to confirm collection arrangements at the beginning of the season.

13. If I cannot attend a particular game, what are my options? Can I transfer my Season Ticket?

Season Tickets are fully transferrable and we encourage supporters to pass on their tickets so a friend or relative can enjoy the Leinster Rugby experience. There are several options for utilising your ticket for games you are not attending:

1. You can lend your Season Ticket card to another supporter.
2. You can transfer your ticket to another supporter by printing out a paper copy of it via your online account and giving it to them or you can transfer it to them via email attachment. Printing/ emailing your ticket will generate a new barcode which will then void your card for the selected game only. This option allows you to pass on your tickets without having to physically give the person your card.
3. Give up your seats. If you register an account in the Upgrades section of the Leinster Rugby app you can give up your seats if you are not using them for a game. This allows us to re-use these tickets the day of the game. We’ll give you 50% of the Season Ticket value of your seat back as credit which you can then use via the app to upgrade seats or purchase additional seats. The best part? You get credit whether we use your ticket or not!
4. Sell your tickets via TicketExchange – you can log into your Season Ticket account and post your tickets for sale to other supporters. If your ticket sells you will be given 70% of the face value of the ticket back as account credit which can be used to either purchase tickets to a future game or you can save it up and put it against the cost of your next Season Ticket. Credit will only be applied if your ticket is sold however you can take it off sale at any time should you decide to use it or give it to another supporter.

14. If my Season Ticket is lost or stolen how can I arrange a replacement?

Contact us at tickets@leinsterrugby.ie with your details and we can issue you a replacement Season Ticket card. There is a €10 fee per replacement card.

15. What are the terms and conditions of my Season Ticket?

Please note that the ­ fixture list for the forthcoming season is still to be ­ finalised. We would remind supporters that ­fixtures are subject to change at any time and Leinster Rugby cannot be held responsible for any associate costs to fans in the event of an amendment. Should any match be cancelled or postponed no money will be returned. If the match is eventually played, your Season Ticket will be valid for a later date in the same season.

16. Can I access tickets to Leinster away fixtures?

Leinster Rugby will make an allocation of tickets available for a selection of away fixtures throughout the season, these will usually include three away fixtures in the European Cup and interprovincial fixtures. When available you will be contacted by email with details of availability and how to purchase.

17. Can I access tickets to Ireland International fixtures via Leinster Rugby?

Leinster Rugby will have a limited allocation of tickets for home 6 Nations fixtures that will be made available to Season Ticket holders. As supply is limited these will be distributed via an opt-in lottery. Details will be circulated via email when available. Tickets for away International fixtures will not be available.

18. How do I ensure I receive all relevant information regarding ticketing throughout the Season?

All Season Ticket correspondence is done via email. It is vital that you supply us with a full and correct email address on your Season Ticket account to ensure you receive regular updates. Leinster Rugby cannot be held responsible for emails that are not received. You can view/update your contact details at any time by logging into your Season Ticket account on www.leinsterrugby.ie/tickets.

1. How do I purchase a Season Ticket?

Season Tickets will go on general sale on Wednesday, 5th April, via our dedicated website www.leinsterseasontickets.ie. You will be required to create a Season Ticket account during the purchase process. You can register for early access to tickets by signing up to our waiting list.

2. How much will my Season Ticket cost?

Costs vary depending on the category and time that you purchase. A full list of pricing is available from www.leinsterseasontickets.ie and Early Bird pricing is available until Tuesday, 6th June.

3. How can I pay for my Season Ticket?

Your Season Ticket will give you access to 11 regular season home games in the Guinness PRO12, three home pool games in the European Champions Cup and three home pool games in the British and Irish Cup. Pre-season friendly fixtures or knockout fixtures are not included in your Season Ticket.

6. When will my Season Ticket arrive?

Season Tickets purchased before the end of June are usually posted out in early August. Season Tickets purchased after this are usually posted in early September in advance of the first home game.

7. What happens if a fixture is moved from the RDS to another venue, e.g. Aviva Stadium?

For fixtures that are transferred to Aviva Stadium you will be automatically issued a paper ticket by post if the fixture is covered by your Season Ticket. For fixtures that may be played in Donnybrook you will be asked to show your Season Ticket card at the turnstile. Any changes or amendments to this procedure will be communicated to Season Ticket holders by email in advance.

8. Where will I be seated when a fixture is transferred to Aviva Stadium?

Your seat in Aviva Stadium will be allocated to you based on the price category of your Season Ticket and not on the location of your Season Ticket in the RDS. The grid below will give you a rough guide to where you can expect to be allocated seating.

10. If my Season Ticket is in an unreserved section in the RDS (Terrace, North/South Stand), how do I ensure I am sitting with my friends when games are moved to Aviva Stadium?

11. Do I need to purchase a Season Ticket for my child?

Yes. All patrons over two years of age must have a valid match ticket. Junior Season Tickets are valid for all children under 18 years of age. Student tickets cover anyone in full-time 3rd Level Education for the academic year 2017/18. Children under two years of age who do not require a seat can attend free of charge with a complimentary infant ticket. Infant tickets are available from the Ticket Office at the RDS on match day.

12. Can I bring my child onto the Terrace?

For health and safety reasons children under 16 years of age are not permitted in this section.

13. What is a family ticket?
